Getting help with using QuickySitter
If you’re stuck:
- Read the documentation on this site, especially Getting Started, Migration from AVsitter, and the FAQ.
- For underlying AVsitter behavior that QS keeps intact, the upstream AVsitter documentation is the canonical reference for sit-target setup, AVpos notecard syntax, etc.
- Check Known Limits for hard SL limits QS can’t work around.
Reporting bugs
- Code bugs and behavior issues: GitHub Issues on the QuickySitter repo.
- Documentation bugs and typos: GitHub Issues on this docs repo. The “Edit me” link at the top of every page links to the source on GitHub.
For a bug report to be actionable, include:
- QS script versions involved (from each
[QS]*.lsl’sstring version = "X.YYY";line, or from chat, where boot logs versions onstate_entry). - Steps to reproduce.
- Expected vs observed behavior.
- Relevant chat output, especially anything
bDebugproduced.
